Columbia Heating and Air Conditioning was founded in May 2001 upon the principles of honest service and the utmost quality. Founder Sam D. Snider has more than 30 years of experience in the electrical and HVAC field, and has also worked as an HVAC instructor at Chesterfield Vocational Technical School (Vo-Tech). As a Midlothian resident, he wanted to start a heating, cooling and comfort company for his neighbors in Chesterfield County that stood for customer service rather than on it.

We’ve built a strong reputation by taking great pride in our work and providing unmatched customer service.
